“Der dritte und leider auch schon letzte Wein vom Weingut Pinino aus Montalcino in der Toskana, sollte der krönende Abschluss einer aussergewöhnlichen Verkostung werden. Wurden die ersten beiden Weine, der ‘Rosso di Montalcino’ und der beeindruckende ‘ClanDestino’ noch in geselliger Runde ihrer Bestimmung zugeführt, so habe ich mir für den ‘König’ eine besondere Form der Verkostung ausgedacht. Ein wenig eigensinnig gebe ich zu, aber manchmal muss man einfach seinen eigenen Kopf durchsetzen…”
